What is an emoji? 😁
An emoji is a small digital icon or symbol used to express emotions, ideas, or objects in a fun way and can make chatting more colourful, playful, and easier to understand without using lots of words 😊.
Emojis are like tiny pictures that help add personality to messages, whether it’s a smiley face 😄, a heart ❤️, a thumbs-up 👍, or even a slice of pizza 🍕.

Tips for solving emoji puzzles 🧐
Use the theme of the puzzle to help guide your thinking. If the theme is about films, use the clues to spark ideas about the films you know.
Try to think visually about what each emoji could represent and what could be it's potential meaning, for example a snowflake could mean snow, cold, freezing or winter.
Think about whether the emojis connect with each other. If one emoji is next to another, does that give it a whole new meaning or begin to create a theme. For example, in our nursery rhyme puzzle 🐭🕰️ The mouse and the clock are key characters in... Hickory, Dickory, Dock.
