What is a terrarium? 🌼
A terrarium is like a tiny garden in a clear glass or plastic container. You add soil and plants, and over time it forms its very own self-contained ecosystem! This calming and mindful activity is perfect for decorating your home and it's a super cool arts and crafts project to show off to your friends!
Terrariums are low maintenance and wonderfully self-sufficient. You won’t need to tend to them too often, but make sure they get around six hours of sunlight each day and to be watered slightly a few times a year. And don’t forget to remove any dead leaves or plants to stop mould from building up.
