A lot of us with outdoor plans will be weather watching today for the bank holiday weekend.
After Thursday's sunshine it's much cloudier on Friday, but still quite mild. All in all, things are not looking too bad for the bank holiday weekend.

Saturday's the best day - looking warm with sunny spells. It'll be cloudier with some rain on Sunday and turning fresher but brighter again by Monday.
For the rest of Friday, there's a lot of low cloud around and a few mist and fog patches. There'll be some drizzle which will ease as it moves south-eastwards, with some brighter spells. Even under the cloud, temperatures will still hold up and it will feel quite warm in the mid-teens (14-18°C).
The weak weather front moves south-eastwards across Wales on Friday night, allowing high pressure to build in from the south on Saturday.
The cloud and murk associated with that front will clear on Friday, turning drier overnight and slightly cooler than Thursday night under the clearer skies (5-11°C).
So, it might be a chilly start on Saturday - especially where it's clearer further north - but it'll soon warm up in the sunshine. It'll be a much brighter day and should stay dry for most of Wales with light winds really making it feel quite warm with temperatures in the mid teens (14/15°C) along the west coast with a breeze off the sea. Temperatures will be rising into the high teens for border counties - possibly even reaching the low 20s from Wrexham down to Monmouthshire.
It will turn increasingly cloudy on Saturday night as a cold front sinks southwards, bringing thicker cloud and some rain.
That rain spreads south-eastwards early on Sunday - turning showery, then drier and brighter from the northwest. It will feel fresher behind that cold front at 12-16°C.
We keep that fresher feel on Monday but it will be a brighter day with sunny spells and just a small chance of a shower. It could be cloudy at times along west-facing coasts. North-westerly winds will bring in a cooler air mass, but despite the breeze it will still feel pleasant in the sunshine.
The high pressure to the south-west of the UK will keep things reasonably settled towards the middle of next week, with the odd shower possible, but it will be drier than it's been of late.
Have a great weekend, but commiserations if you're working, and missing the best of the bank holiday weather!
