Send your favourite finalist a good luck message!

On Friday’s It Takes Two, we will be showing our favourite good luck messages to this year’s Strictly finalists live on the show. Send in your messages for our Strictly 2015 Finalists to get them ready for Saturday night!

If you would like to submit a video message to support your favourite Finalist, here are some extra tips:

You can film your good luck message using your mobile phone or any another recording device that allows you to email the video afterwards. Be sure to film your video in a bright room, in the landscape option, not portrait. And don't forget to make sure you're in a quiet place with no background noise or music playing, so we can hear your lovely messages of support. And above all, don't forget to say who your message is for and explain why they're your favourite!

Once you're ready, email your video to strictlycomedancing@bbc.co.uk. In order for your video to reach us, please ensure your email is under 10MB. Clarify in the video and your email which Strictly finalist your video is for. Also explain why they’re your favourite. Please also include your full name, where you’re from and a contact number in the main body of your email.
