1. If your video features people other than you, those people should be aware they were being filmed and you should have the permission of those people. If children under 16 feature, you must have the relevant parental or guardian’s consent before submitting your video.
2. Please film your landscape on your phone or other recording device so that the BBC can use them on television.
3. A selection of the videos submitted may be featured on the programme or the BBC website. No correspondence will be entered into.
4. Videos must not contain defamatory, obscene, offensive, or any other unsuitable material. Please see the BBC’s editorial guidelines for further information: BBC Editorial Guidelines.
5. By sharing any contribution (including any text, photographs, graphics, video or audio) with the BBC you agree to grant to the BBC, free of charge, permission to use
the material in any way it wants (including modifying and adapting it for operational uses).
6. The BBC its sub-contractors, subsidiaries and/or agencies cannot not accept any responsibility for any technical failure or any other problem with any server, internet
access or system, which may result in any entry being lost or not properly registered or recorded.
7. This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
