School trips to be sorted (how much spending money?), the merest hint of summer hols to plan for and a lawn to be cut (no robot mowers here, will take 2 mins). And who knew there was a lawnmower museum? With celebrity mowers and everything. Plus we discovered that Matt loves his lawn, strims his edges and all those other things gardeners do (no idea). Foody Thursday with Nige and some Cypriot chicken with cumin potatoes and another ingredient I have forgotten (probably goji berries). And we should try MUSEUM oldies today. We have been visiting the 6 shortlisted museums who find themselves up for the Museum of the Year award.

Chris Evans went to the Imperial War Museum in London; Ken Bruce went to Oxford's Natural History Museum; Sara Cox visited Dunham Massey in Cheshire; Jo Whiley went to The MAC in Belfast and Jeremy Vine visited the Tower of London. I went to the Whitworth Gallery in Manchester- that went out on Jo’s show last night and you can hear Jo’s trip on Drivetime today. Everyone loves a good museum so impress everyone with curating a lovely song to go with it…
