It might not be warming up for a while but it won’t be long now. All that gambolling in the meadows is surely only weeks away now. By then our biscuit crisis might be sorted. Yesterday’s homework highlighted the plight of bourbon lovers (and custard creams! and ginger nuts!) as the flooding in Cumbria took its toll at the United Biscuits factory. Other biscuits are available of course but old habits are hard to break. We may well be able to bring you a biscuit update today…
