Yes we are still going here. Another week of top drivetime shows being assembled as you read this. Songs lined up, guests lightly oiled and confessions edited. Or not as the case may be. Good weekend here with a few amazing new brunch ideas being tried and for an hour or two I was Jamie Oliver. I had mashed avocado, grilled tomatoes and puff pastry all over the place but was unanimously declared a kitchen genius by everyone. We were all so full by the end of it all that we haven’t eaten a thing since. Thus saving money too!
So today we swing into action with Caitlin Moran on the show, bestselling author of How To Be A Woman, now of How To Build a Girl. She is also the writer of Raised By Wolves on Channel 4 and 3 columns a week in The Times. She wins awards for her writing and has done since she was 13. She tweets at an astonishing rate. If she has the time, she’ll be talking to me after 6. It takes me a day and a half just to write this blog so I am very jealous. She is also very funny, extremely clever and very successful. That should be enough don’t you think?
And songs. I shall ask for BEING A GIRL oldies and see what happens, trusting in your inmate cleverness and musicality.
