Tomorrow gets me higher

Long old day at the RAH (as we call it) but so many moments of genius. My personal highlights would include Sam Lee and his choir, The Young ‘Uns (even if they wanted to be on Steve Wright), Rufus Wainwright singing the Sandy Denny ‘Who Knows Where The Time Goes’ and all the young folk musicians who were the most nerveless performers of the night. Top work everyone.

Pizza formed the backbone of yesterday’s food intake-outside broadcasts are never great for fine eating. So today we put that right with Nige’s ‘Spiced-Perfumed Shoulder of Lamb’. Might be a special for Jo Whiley to inhale later…

And REVISION oldies please. Many houses have reached peak stress right now as the dreaded exams are JUST AROUND THE CORNER/STARTED ALREADY ACTUALLY. Calming measures abound, candles, mellowness and Enya piped around the house 24 hours a day. Any top tunes please? You’re back on!
