Hail! Hail! Rock’n’Roll

Or alternatively Hey Hey Rock’n’roll. In the first case that’s the 1987 documentary about Chuck Berry and in the second case, it’s almost Showaddywaddy. There aren’t too many rock’n’roll greetings but they’re not bad. Plus there is Gabba Gabba Hey! which is a Ramones thing. Maybe sneak in a ‘Good Morning world it’s a brand new day’ for Blue Mink fans (there might be a few).

So politenesses over…

Well Ranulph Fiennes was quite a guest. Before we’d even started I had piles of emails and texts for him. We spoke for ages yet barely scratched the surface of his life. I suppose that rock stars, authors and actors are commonplace about these parts but there is only one Sir Ranulph. Sometimes explorers and mountaineers don’t come over very well in interviews- maybe its arrogance or recklessness- but that’s not the case with Ren (as he wanted to be called). He’s welcome back any time!

Foodie Thursday with Nige wafting some Sticky Toffee Pudding in front of your senses (well just ears obviously). One of the ultimate puddings! So ULTIMATE PUDDING songs please and to hell with the calories
