Well I asked for wet and I got wet. So much wet that it rattled around the drainpipes and woke me up at some silly hour when all was dark and only breakfast show teams were emerging. Galoshes and sou'westers for the school run everyone...
Enjoyed James Martin yesterday. I think I should have trained as a pastry chef really. What a top skill to have. It's alchemy. Turning butter, flour and cream/lemons/maple syrup into something magical. Then taking photos and turning heads everywhere. I've never so much as baked a puff pastry finger but that has to change.
And what a reaction to the hot tub confession! It all went crazy after poor Danielle recalled her unfortunate Bavarian experience. Who knew? Well as it turned out, loads of you did and had similar experiences to recount. So a few HOT TUB OLDIES will keep it all bubbling nicely.
