Sugar For My Honey

Bright and ffffffffreezing here with the hope of wet and warmer by midweek but here's to a top week right here. I spent a while in Glasgow on Saturday and that was super-bracing. It's that stepping-off-the-plane moment when you realise the temperature is somewhat different to the one you left. You know all this of course because the weather forecast told you but even the London-based Glaswegians around me laughed at the icy blast. The buskers on Sauchiehall Street deserved a medal (and some hot soup)!

More food today! James Martin talks lemon cakes, meringue, Sauternes with orange jelly, iced rhubarb mousse and baked double chocolate pudding. Amongst others. Puddings all the way-another tough drive home for the hungry. So how about NAUGHTY BUT NICE oldies to keep the creative juices flowing (and to stop them freezing over).
