Don’t tell Matt but I’m afraid the heating might have popped itself back on ever so slightly. Just a for hint of warmth as the north wind blows. No point in shivering…We spent the weekend providing a stable and reassuring house for the stressed and nervous. Candles, gentle pan-pipe music and toast on demand. There is no higher calling!
(Still no elephant)
Today we line up a top show for you with the wonderfully funny Susan Calman and her book Cheer Up Love: Adventures in Depression with the Crab of Hate. The crab here is her version of the black dog and Cheer Up Love is, she says, a survivor’s guide to modern life on the dark side.(Mentioned the crab and the dog, still no elephant)
And, as an extension of my pan-pipe and candles mission, today's oldies are STAYING CALM AT ALL TIMES songs. DON’T PANIC tunes are EXACTLY WHAT’S NEEDED.
(There goes the elephant)
