Mow the lawn, throw away the post

And we are back. Back in the studio, back at home, back in the USSR etc. Final show bows completed we just made the last flight to the smoke, healthy living begins from today. Don’t show me a pie till Christmas.

A good week was had by all (I believe) and yesterday was a rousing last hurrah. Particularly enjoyed David O’Doherty who I hadn't met before but was terrifically funny-his keyboard vs The Proclaimer keyboard was something to behold. The weekly podcast might be worth a listen if you missed any-though no music sadly. Thanks to all the bloggers who came and cheered to the end.

Today the movie show is back with Sir Tom Courtney talking about his new film with Charlotte Rampling ’45 Years’ and a jolly old ARF with 1976 (selected by postal ballot of all members who registered and paid their subs). So it’s the year of the big summer drought, the launch of the Ford Cortina Mark 4 and the opening of the NEC. Stacks of great music to choose from-what do you fancy?
