The Jesus and Mary Chain’s Jim Reid has unveiled a new track via Soundcloud and the band’s Twitter called Black and Blues.

The video for the Arctic Monkeys’Suck it and See has caused a bit of controversy. With two versions – one clean and one not so clean – here’s a link to the former.

You may remember a couple of weeks ago we had a video game special on Now Playing – well in the same vein the line-up for FIFA 12’s soundtrack has just been announced and includes the likes of The Strokes, Kasabian, CSS, TV on the Radio and more – have a look in full on NME.

Warpaint did a session for Rough Trade and it included this version of Billie Holliday which has found its way to YouTube.

There’s a new Wild Beasts track called Thankless Thing - have a listen on Soundcloud.
