Digital Digest: The Smiths, Erasure, Roy Harper and more

Mute have uploaded to their Soundcloud the first single from Erasure’s forthcoming album, When I Start To (Break it All Down). The LP – Tomorrow’s World – is set for release on August 29.
Drowned in Sound have two of the new Roy Harper tracks off new album Songs of Love and Loss streaming now.
L-Vis 1990 is half of London’s hugely influential Night Slugs label and club night. He has his debut album, Neon Dreams, coming out next month and the first single called Lost in Love (listen here) featuring Javeon McCarthy is getting an awful lot of love.
Sampha, who sings with SBTRKT and performs live with the masked producer, is also making tracks in his own right – Indecision has just been put up on Soundcloud.
Last week Weezer covered Foster the People and this week they have swapped roles – as the LA band sang Say It Ain’t So in Brooklyn (watch on YouTube).
And Pitchfork is turning 15 – congratulations to them!!.
