Hello everybody, I hope you're well.

This week on the show we celebrated National Noise Day (it's today, but everyday can be National Noise Day if you want it to be) with tunes by Robot Ninja Dinosaur Bastards, The Harpies, Jason Forrest and Friends Electric. Have a brilliant time if you're going to the Venn Festival in Bristol this weekend - the line up is superb.

Over the last week I've seen ace music at the Full Ponty festival in Pontypridd (tonight's Radio 1 Wales show with me and Beth Elfyn is all from the Full Ponty with loads of live music from there). Also been in Carmarthen for the Eisteddfod and Hay on Wye to see Young Marble Giants play their first gig in 27 years, and it was great. Then it was up to London and now I'm a bit ill. So I'm going to stay still this weekend.
