Monalisa: Phil is always 100% sure that he is right, yet he has found himself in a situation like this as a result of his actions. He treats people like c...p but will never admit he is wrong. Jay was covering for Ben and has been through hell, all because he considered the Mitchells his adopted family and wanted to protect them and help them. He wasn' t even the one who went to the police to tell about Ben even though he really should have done that. And Phil just threw him out, called him ungrateful pig, told Max not to give him any job. So as for Shirley, Phil does miss her, but that's what you get if you are Phil's women-being treated like that.

P.S Loved, loved, LOVED it when Kat was trying to persuade Michael not to leave Scarlet. I even welled up a bit. Last time the same happened was when Cora found out about Tanya's cancer and had this really beautiful and touching conversation with her and Max.

I agree, that social service woman is horrible, she needs a slap and to be told where to go. She wasn't looking for ways to help Lola and Lexi, she was just sniffing around looking for excuses to call Lola an unfit mother and to take Lexi away. Yet she never visited Michael and Janine who really are bad parents and who are actually dangerous to their own daughter. BTW, Danielle Harold needs some acting classes. As Billy told, Lola is growing up and finding her grandfather and becoming a mother has changed her quite a lot, but I don't see any changes in this character, it's the same old Lola. The moment when Lexi was taken away from Lola was supposed to make me upset but actually left me emotionless, because it just looked like a child throwing a tantrum because Mum told "It's bedtime", IMHO.

Finally a storyline that show social services true colours! I have had years of bad experiences with social service and this storyline shows how they really work with people.
