Well, things were as bleak as Big Mo's undercrackers in the land of Lou this week until the adorable Cathy Murphy's beaming smile walked towards me in the sunshine.
Chatty Cathy may play tomboy-with-a-tag Julie Perkins, but you can't help but see a girly side shine through as the actress chats about a hot newcomer on Albert Square and how life at EastEnders is one big song and dance...
But which cast member can belt out opera?!
