The deadline has now closed. Please do not place any more votes.
Woop woop! It's that exciting time of year, where soap stars glide along the red rug in their droves and pose for the clicking cameras as they anxiously hope for success in the British Soap Awards.
Not only will the starlets be sat ALL under the SAME roof, but they'll be smiling and applauding each other as the best of the bunch are awarded in the Saturday, 14th May ceremony.
And YOU'VE been voting for who you want to be picking up their gongs!
The deadline for voting for your favourite soap stars has now closed until the shortlisted Sexiest Male, Female, Best Villain, Actor and Actress will be re-opened on Monday, 18th April.
Voting for BEST SOAP remains open until Friday, 13th May.
You can vote now through the British Soap Awards website.

Best Actor
Here's a line up of our acting talent *bows* up for this brilliant accolade. Which actor will be crowned for their polished performances? Nitin Ganatra (Masood Ahmed), Steve McFadden (Phil Mitchell) and Shane Richie (Alfie Moon) are our nominees.
Best Actress
The last year has been filled with acting triumphs and these three have come up trumps with nominations under this category. Lindsey Coulson (Carol Jackson), Nina Wadia (Zainab Masood) and Jessie Wallace (Kat Moon) are the actresses up for this top honour.
Sexiest Male

Villain of the Year
Glenda Mitchell (Glynis Barber), Janine Malloy (Charlie Brooks) and Lucas Johnson (Don Gilet) have had us all gripped with their dirty antics. A threesome of crooks, con artists and killers - hhhhmmmm, the conniving bunch. Who will be crowned Villain of the Year?

I'd bet on Kylie picking up Sexiest Female, but she has tough competition up against all the Hollyoaks babes! Lindsey Coulson HAS to win Best Actress - she's such a talented actress which has been shown since she has returned and of course with Billie's death. I hope EastEnders swipes the board again and goes home the winners on the night - it's been a brilliant year with great stroylines, episodes and characters! Go on the Enders!

The whole cot death/baby swap storyline has been seriously brilliant, with both Jessie Wallace and Samantha Womack giving performances that brought out colours we've never seen from them before. I know that storyline elicited some protest (most of which, in my opinion, was manufactured) but it has been a riveting story.
Another scene off the top of my head, this year, which stood out for me was after Billie died, when they came to take his body and Carol, Bianca and Pat were standing in the hallway outside the front room: Even without a word, the power in that scene was amazing. There are so many nuggets like that in the show.
And mixed in with all the seriousness has been some good laughs. Every time Kim calls Janine 'Janice', I start laughing. Same for the rest of the character-based humor.
Like I said, too many gems to count!

As for the best actress my vote goes to Lindsey Coulson. She was fantastic during the storyline of Billie’s death.
The best actress/actor award is a popularity context though, so it is likely that Jessie will win it. She has been good too, but she has only been back for five minutes. Lindsey is a more worthy winner.
I hope Steve wins best actor.

I agree with Sheryl. Neil is sexy. I would have to look twice for Marc and John. Neil is soo fit. He is coming back in EE this week I think. Can't wait for the BSA. I voted for EE. Like Hollyoaks too. Didn't like any of the people there though except Jasmine/Jason.
