As for murderers - Janine pretty much murdered Barry - she deliberately let him fall down the cliff. Yes Stacey has murdered but Zena, it seems that you want Janine to murder Stacey and Ryan!



I have to say though that I am no fan of Stacey.

i think laurens done the right thing. stacey has ruined 2 marriages and is just horrible. she should go to prison for what she's done. she killed someone and lied and let her husband bradley take the blame and die. evil

seen a lot of pro Stacey comments that seem to disregard Staceys indiscretions... she has killed and broke up two marriages. Yes Janine is no saint but is played extremely well by Charlie Brookes and god does she play evil well... no I dont really want Ryan or Stacey to die but did laugh when Barry went over the edge - not real after all ;-)

Lauren needs to find something constructive to do and leave Max and Stacey alone. Stacey has moved on with her life, so should Lauren. Lauren needs to sit down and stop playing the role of her mother or Vanessa even. Bradley will always be the love of Stacey's life and he is irreplaceable, but he's no longer there to look after her and Ryan has fit into his space which also means that Max doesn't need to look out for her any more only if he wants to, besides it was Bradleys wish and Max is doing that one good favour for his son. She is vulnerable after all. All Stacey needs is happiness and stability. She deserves that at least. :)

I'm sorry but Lauren annoys me so much, she is attention seeking and the way she goes on about Max and Stacy makes her seem like a bit of a paranoid Psycho. Obviously I don't condone murder but Stacy did it because she was of her meds (not her fault) and she was raped my Archie, but Janine, yes its not at all easy having the person you love taken from you but seriously no sane person would go to the ridiculous lengths to try and murder them. Ryan and Stacy deserve to be happy together, they should be kicking Janine and Lauren out of the square.

I used to like Lauren but she is going overboard with her stupidty, but what she need to undersdtand that it could have been someone selse who ruined her parents marriage because Maxs falls for anything that is equivalent to Tanya. Plus Tanya is always quick to isolate Max out of their lives. Its about time Lauren let go. Stacey is not hurting her family anymore. One thing though it wasn't worthwhile killing Archie because he was naturally going to die. He had cancer but then again it was only him and and Peggy who knew about his condition.

Has anyone got any idea of who pushed Glenda down the stairs? That person wanted her dead of course. She should be surmising who did it rahter than point fingers at one person, because if you can recall she created an army of enemy on herself in just one night. She is judging Peter atm. I think he's innocent, hope he doesnt prove me wrong.

Lauren might be a little attention seeking, but the fact of the matter is that Stacey is a murderer and up to now has got away with it.

Can anyone honestly say if they knew a murderer that that would not feel the slightest bit uneasy around them? Especially one that has known mental health issues and sometimes refuses to take their medication.

I just joined this group today and have read a number of your posts. We don't get EE in my area (central Florida) anymore and I've been a fan for many years. Thank goodness I can watch it on ExPat's because we have nothing on American tv even close to EE. It moves soooo quickly compared to our soaps. Someone dies on the Young and Restless and they might actually be buried 10 days later. EE? Die one day, be buried the next and then on to the next storyline. Plus the actors on EE look like me or peopl I know. On US soaps everyone is picture perfect and all seem to be in their 20's. Very refreshing to see a soap that comes close to being realistic. Happy Holidays

To everyone who thinks stacey stole ryan she didnt! She does love ryan but she left him and janine alone! He left janine for her so really he ended the marriage not stacey. And for the idiotic people who are backing janine and luaren are you forgetting that janine is a murderer aswell? She killed someone innocent and nice, Stacey killed someone who raped her, was responsible for the death of her best friend and was probably the the most evil man on earth and she was pregnant at the time so her hormones were probably flying all over the place and she was of her meds. And lauren is being evil does anyone remember when she ranover max and stacey told the police she saw the car speed up? Lauren begged stacey to change her statment so if it wasnt for stacey luaren would be in prison. So everyone just leave stacey alone. She is the best character and actress in the show and everyone will miss her dearly

Lacey Turner is a brilliant actress but her character had run its course!



There seems to be a shortage of women in the Square as everybody seems to want her! And I cant believe Max would want to run away with her when hes got gorgeous Vanessa ans as for Ronnie and Roxy letting Stacey walk away scot free she should of been sent to prison!



She let poor Bradley take the blame, just because shes a loved character dosent mean she should of escaped justice!

I strongly agree with Shikara24. Some people believe that Stacey is a murder or a bad person, so is Janine because she killed Daniel i.e. Ronnie's daughter who is Stacey's friend plus Barry and Laura and walk free. She ruined Ian's marriage when he was married to Laura and the same thing now with Ian and Jane to help Archie blackmail him. Killing is not registered in Stacey's nature. I am sad that Stacey left but am also happy with her departure from the square. Its good she didnt kill herself. This is harsh to say but as for Janine she might finish the job of taking her own life, trying and failing miserably isn't good enough. If she's gonna do it, do it properly. How things look is like she's gonna self destruct. But then again she would make Pat and Ricky's life a living hell for turning their back on her when she was in hospital and everyone who has turned against her. Oh and for the record Ryan has never loved Janine!

Just wanna say that Stacey did not let Bradley took the blame, that was his own decision Stacey only complied.

that extra scene was rubbish. fed up seeing laurens sulking face all the time over her dad, she needs to get a hobby!

I would love to see Janine self destruct and try to get Ryan to join her in death. Knowing that everyone has turned against her because they learned what she did, I would not be surprised if she sits in a house of inferno and not try to escape. It could all start when Janine loses her flat and started squatting in the flat where Denise was locked up. She redecorates it and throws party and it works out that Ryan discovers her plan she had in store for both of them and try to escape and she knock him out unconscious. With others trapped inside and unaware of what’s going on, before starting the fire she does some drastic things. She started the fire and then she comes out laughing like she’s lost it. And with all the exists close she tells them they’re all going to die as she holds Kat’s baby hostage because she believed Kat was the motive behind Stacey snatching Ryan from her. She makes everyone suffers for her misfortune. Ricky her only hope has turned his back on her, she carries out her evil intentions. With the fire creeping up on them and getting more and more intense, Ronnie persuaded Janine to give Kat back her baby. Jane realise what she was doing is wrong, her heart melted and she decided to help everyone to safety.



Luckily everyone to safety before the blast, some unconscious, some fatally injured and some astounded etc. By the time she could make her way out she remembered Ryan and went back for him, a few people went after her including Ricky. They saw her dragging Ryan and tried to help but the building start to collapse. She told them to go while she and Ryan both got trapped. Will Ricky and the others who tried to help her make it out alive??? Janine trembles with fear and then start to sing with Ryan in her lap. She couldn’t bear the thought of getting burnt alive in fire and decided to drag herself and Ryan out to safety. Then the explosion happens. The following day people start asking questions what happen to Janine when they didn’t discover her and Ryan’s body. Everyone believed Janine perished in the fire, suddenly they heard coughing and someone shouting for help. Now that she got Ryan where she wants him what has she done with him? Its repetition of storyline in a way and some things don’t make much of a sense but it could be interesting if EE script writer they analyse it properly.

Who thinks Ronnie may suffer postnatal depression? I wouldn't be surprise if she does.

Ronnie has taken this baby thing to extreme heights. The baby is next to becoming malnourish because its not being fed properly and she still won't give it up. How can she live with herself. She's definitely insane.

I dont like the new lauren. Shes bringing stuff that already happend in the past in the future. Because of her Stacey had to leave Walford and Janine stab herself!!!! Although i really hate janine. Shes just an attention seeker and doesnt really do much. I liked the old Lauren better.

Everyone seems to think Eastenders did a terrible thing portraying this story line. People needs to be aware of what can happen in split seconds. Would it necessarily had to be in the cot? It could be left on the bed as well. You could be sitting there with your baby all day long as just as you went off to do something even get a glass of drink and next thing you know your child is gone.



I'm not against the cot death story line because its facts of life. But what I can't get my head around is the thought of taking another person's baby and watching the parent/s of that child grieving.



Also there were instances of giving birth in hospital and swapped their baby with someone else's because they were not happy with theirs. Even the nurses themselves swapped people's children and even sell them. How and why these things happens, I don't know but things happens. What your eyes don't see your heart won't leap, but your mind tells you something isn't right.



Above all manner of dismay Ronnie is good at what she does and I don't like the fact she is leaving. What I am interested to know is whether she will surrender the child of leave with it?
