Graham Holliday, the blogger and social media expert, gave a lunchtime seminar on the internet revolution in Rwanda. Graham, who's now setting up the blog Kigali Wire in the formerly war-torn African state, discussed how people outside the mainstream media are publishing and distributing content - something that's likely to become hugely important to the whole of Africa.
