Do complacent MPs claim more?

There is a theory that the worst offenders in the expenses scandal are MPs with safe seats. It's an idea that can be tested - by bringing together two sets of published data: parliamentary majorities for each constituency and Parliament's own figures for each MP's individual expenses.
