here is a question is that guy an extra or a character in the new series and if the neck wound is genuine he is probably dead or will he be a werewolf. or was he a guy brought in for the day?

chocolate sounds much better than mint - but I bet you'd get sick of both if you had to keep having it around your mouth all day!

no ides not wierd but im guessing an extar or maybe a part in the bh as they ARE filming and i dont see how they would waste that prostetics for that purpose only :)

Hah! Good to see Marcus back again in the swing of things and doing the make-up effects proud...loved his stint on the background TV at Saul's house in S2...nice touch.



The wounded man was a bit, er, tasty (move over Mitchell...OK, well, not quite)...was he an extra in the Box Car 20 from last series or is he in S3? Not sure about the bloke who was introducing the whole thing....would have preferred Barry Pilling to do that because he seemed more natural and did a great job with the first blog vid we had but gather he may not be around at the moment.

Well we know we're getting Bob :-D Mr Kai Owen is good enough for me he's amazing! Him and our 4 and hopefully more Daisy too I LOVE her character and Amy's brilliant and of course Herrick back...ooh s'gonna be great!

There was a CSI NY and the victim was called Amy McBride.

A strange little vid this one...Marcus as ever is gracious and informative but agree with anglo about the bloke introducing the piece...come back Mr P!

My guess would be that hunky young man gouged by a werewolf is an extra or an actor who has a wee part in eps 1...more importantly...if he has been attacked by a werewolf in BH3 eps 1 which werewolf attacked him?...Nina? George.?..or another..? eagle eyes ..isn't Kai playing a werewolf?...I think his role is only in first eps or maybe 1 and 2....maybe he attacked the hunk?



Marcus...those scars are soooo realistic....celticgrace is right...we're getting so use to your genius now that we just accept it as the norm ...I've got to say...looking close up at the scars and gore as in this vid ...makes me shudder a little!



And ah...the minty chocolate blood....can't say I would rush to lick it myself...unless it was covering a certain gorgeous Irish vampire in which case I would ....have no difficulty whatsoever ...

I have a little BH sadness moment.. tomorrow I'm going to a huge awesome festival in Germany but I'll miss Florence+TheMachine because I'm coming too late.. I has a sad! ç__ç

south germany (where i live and where the festival is) is soaked in rain and it's cold, very cold.

The line-up is huge, there are 4 stages in 3 days.. but to sum up it's like: faithless, prodigy. the strokes, ash, zebrahead, katzenjammer kabarett, tegan&sara, la roux, white lies, beatsteaks, porcupine tree, deftones, mando diao, tons of people..



it's called South Side Festival if you want to check it yourself..

Yeah, I'm jelous. The line up sounds really good - especially fancy seeing the strokes.

it'll be tomorrow night, I'm going to have already set up the tent by then and will head right toards the stage..I'll think of you!

Sorry Marcus I know this is a new blog but a behind the scenes of actual filming would be very welcome as would something with AT in, to prove he is alive and kicking in Cardiff, and not a cardboard cutout being carried around.

hey, i seem to remember this one scene between George and Mitchell, and a bunch of Vamps, the Vamps were beating George up in an episode and Mitchell was with them, then he stopped them, and i don't remember where about in the BH story it was from, lil help anyone? its just been bugging me for a couple of days now, so I really need help. :(

series 1 episode 6 opening flashback first meeting

ewan would know the exact ep -it's S1 - near the end - so maybe 5? It's a flashback to their first meeting - it's really good towards the end there as it helps show why George goes for Herrick - "I owe you ". So the beginning of Mitchell and George's story - but the end of Series 1.



it was Seth leading the attack so it might have been just before Lauren kills Seth???

84 NWBG that was a flashback scene from the start of ep5 or 6 of series 1 I think. I am sure Ewan will know exactly!

titles say it's two years earlier. so yes long before Lauren it had been 6 months after George first met Tully on the Scottish hills

was wrong - it's right at the beginning of ep6 - close!

88 I didnt mean they actually met just before Lauren killed Seth - but that the scene where they met might have been in the ep just before Lauren kills Seth - but that's in ep5.

I may have misled you being too brief - I wasnt trying to locate the parlour scene/Seth dying scene - only trying to place the flashback first meeting scene for NWBG and using Seth's death as a locator - which was wrong anyway!! it doesnt matter - we found the flashback in the right place after all - I didnt remember it as an opening flashback at all. Thought it was more in the middle - might have to watch again now Ive found it - better than watching the footie!

they start off with Seth playing with spilled salt and being not best pleased by a discussion on 10 years younger, then on smelling George following him outside calling him Digby.

And stealing his glasses.



Then Mitchell appears and saves George when Turlow - The big vampire admits to leaving a business card with the owner of the cafe.

George was very wimpy? and Mitchell was his meanest yet in that series? - more S2 moody??

not so much moody as dissatisfied with how his life was going and a bit disgusted with the behaviour of other vampires it was a different type of moody in s2

he managed to look disgusted with himself, the vamps - but also George? wonder where/how he was living then and was he on the wagon?

I always see it as he was limiting how much he ate as Wilson the late unlamented Drunks and Druggies or as Seth put it Tramps or people who fall asleep on the night bus not killing but feeding and keeping it at a safe level
