On the evening of Thursday 3rd November, the NI wing of Help Musicians UK will officially launch with an event at the Oh Yeah Music Centre.
With an emphasis on supporting and nurturing local musicians while looking after artists’ well-being, Help Musicians NI’s launch will be the first of a range of events the organisation is running during the Sound Of Belfast festival.
The launch will feature performances by Ryan Vail, Pat Dam Smyth and more, with Chief Executive Richard Robinson and Director of External Affairs and NI Director Christine Brown set to reveal further announcements.
Also, on Friday 4th November there will be an opportunity to meet the HMNI team with a series of panels and Q&As at the Oh Yeah Music Centre from 12:30pm – 4pm.
Sessions include a panel on the importance of hearing protection, a Q&A about funding, a discussion on HMNI’s Music and Depression campaign and more.
