Making a hotel booking
Question
Follow the instructions after each question you hear from the hotelier and reply on behalf of Anja.
Remember that you should always use Sie in a formal setting where you don't know the person you're speaking to.
Hotelier: Guten Tag wie kann ich Ihnen helfen?
Anja: Ask if they have any free rooms.
Hotelier: Ja, was für ein Zimmer hätten Sie gern?
Anja: Say you would like a twin room with a shower, balcony and breakfast.
Hotelier: Ja wohl. Wie lange möchten Sie bleiben?
Anja: Say you would like to stay for two nights.
Hotelier: Kein Problem.
Anja: Ask what time breakfast is.
Hotelier: Zwischen sieben und zehn Uhr.
Anja: Say thank you and ask what the Wi-Fi password is.
Hotelier: Bitte, das Kennwort finden Sie in Ihrem Zimmer.
Anja: Say thank you and goodbye.
Hotelier: Schönen Tag noch.
