Mandelson on 'green' future for cars

The Business Secretary Lord Mandelson has told the BBC that it is important not to lose vital parts of the car sector during the economic downturn.

Speaking after his announcement of a loans guarantee package aimed at the car industry, Lord Mandelson said that in the future, it would be a green, low carbon industry.
