Clarke 'disappointed' with car package

The Shadow Business Secretary Ken Clarke has accused the government of dithering over its plans to help Britain's car industry.

Mr Clarke said newly-announced measures were "too late" to help car manufacturers whose circumstances were deteriorating on a weekly basis.
