1201 Andrew welcomes our guest for the programme, the cookery writer Clarissa Dickson Wright. Clarissa became a household name as one half of the "Two Fat Ladies", who toured the country on a motorbike and sidecar, preparing large meals with traditional ingredients. From rabbit and pigeon, to scones and gingerbread, she's a big advocate of plenty of real butter, heavy cream and full-fat cheese. She's also a big campaigner for the Countryside Alliance and fierce defender of fox-hunting.

1204 The government has doubled spending on the NHS since 1997 - but this Spring, the headlines have all been about job cuts and debts across the health service. Hospital managers have been told to balance their budgets, and that means big problems for around one in four NHS trusts. Together they face a funding shortfall of over �600m. So what's going on? All this week Giles will be getting to grips with the funding crisis in our NHS Week, and today's he's at a hospital in Derby.

1214 Back in the heady days of 1997, anything seemed achievable to the Labour government. They promised to lead the fight against global warming, reduce carbon dioxide emissions and, no less, save the world. But nine years on the grim reality of governing the country has brought Tony Blair's dreams down to earth with a bump. They've admitted their goals can't be achieved. Jenny tells us how the posts got moved.
Tony Bosworth of Friends Of The Earth tells us: "One thing above all we would call on the Government to do: set a carbon budget. Let's have 3% year-on-year cuts in the gases causing climate change -- with annual reports to parliament on how the government is doing against that."
