We're out and about, across the UK |
For the general election campaign, Breakfast is waving goodbye to the Westminster village We're turfing our regular presenters out of their nice warm studios - and sending them out on the road, to find out what really matters to you:
We've adopted one constituency - Bristol West
It's a seat which Labour, Conservatives and Liberal Democrats all hope they can win on May 5.
Bristol West has become a three-way marginal |
Once a safe Conservative seat, and still solidly middle class, Bristol West fell to Labour in 1997.
This time round, it's on the hit list for the Conservatives and the Liberal Democrats, making it a three-way marginal
Throughout this campaign, Breakfast will be looking at all the big issues as they affect the area.
You'll be able to judge for yourself whether what matters in Bristol, matters where you live, too.
We've hired our own three-wheeler battle-bus
It's actually a motorbike and side-car. And we'll be sending our business presenter Declan Curry out on the road to see what issues people really care about, around Britain.
Declan set off, from the National Motorbike Museum in Solihull, Birmingham on Wednesday morning.
Over the coming weeks, he'll be snaking the length and breadth of the UK.
From Exeter to Dover, Middlesbrough to Glasgow, Declan will be getting to the heart of the matter on issues as diverse as rural living, old age, public health, asylum and violent crime.
We've recruited our own panel of video voters. 3 G technology means instant reactions from our voters' panel |
Using 3G technology, our panel of video voters will give us their reactions as the campaign unfolds.
We'll get their views on whatever makes the headlines over the next few weeks
We began this morning by finding out a little about some of our panel members - and what their views are now.
