For the second day of Breakfast's special election coverage, Declan Curry stopped off in Leeds.
On the Little London estate, he looked at the issue of "yob culture".
That's the sort of low-level bad behaviour, such as drunkenness and grafitti, which can blight quality of life without ever showing up on the crime statistics.
We heard from Father Douglas Emmett about the mayhem caused by drug users around his church in Leeds.
And, we discussed with community workers and local residents whether Anti-Social Behaviour Orders really work - or just move the trouble-makers on to another area.
