  • Single wholesale electricity market
  • Financial assistance for energy purposes
  • Extending certain provisions of the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 to Northern Ireland
  • Duty to fill judicial vacancies

    BACKGROUND
    The Northern Ireland devolved assembly has been suspended since 2002, following rows about IRA allegations.
