Election vote as Jersey decides
People living in Jersey go to the polls on Wednesday to choose deputies to serve in the new ministerial government.

Voters in some constituencies will be faced with a wide choice of candidates although elsewhere six candidates have already been returned unopposed.

There are 17 constituencies which have 50 candidates contesting the 23 remaining seats.

Polling stations will be open for 12 hours from 0800 GMT across the island.
