Dave Probert, 64, from Cwmbach, is strongly in favour of encouraging people back to work. "Personally, from the people I know, a lot of the families, I think it's a good idea," he said. "If they've got a genuine disability then fair enough but I think a lot of them are actually playing the system and they've done it for years."
