Huw Williams, 63, from Abercynon, is claiming incapacity benefit but worked as a lorry driver from the age of 15 until he was 60. He likes the idea of forcing those unemployed for more than two years to work full-time in the community, particularly young people. "It gets them in work and keeps them off the streets, which benefits the country," he said.
