Christine Warlow, 40, from Aberdare, who claims benefits but wants to do a college course to enable her to get a decent job, has some reservations about the proposals. "I think it's forcing some people into work who can't work for whatever reasons," she said. "I know they said they would help disabled people but it's not as easy as that sometimes."
