Lee Cudmore, who leased the damaged but restored Riverside restaurant, has not had much luck.

He has had enormous problems getting his insurer to pay up for the repairs, and although the restaurant is back up and running, he is deeply in debt.

The father-of-four has �25,000 on his credit card, and is having to sell the family home.
