Chris and Christine Morgan, the owners of the Harbour restaurant, say they have also had problems with the same insurance company, and are stuck in limbo unable to rebuild.

They are in the process of selling the shell of the building to the National Trust.

Mrs Morgan, who now lives in Camelford, says she finds it hard to visit Boscastle now.
