Fiscal given Jodi murder report
A wide-ranging inquiry has been undertaken by police
Police investigating the murder of the schoolgirl, Jodi Jones, have sent a report to the procurator fiscal.

The report is the result of the inquiry following the discovery of her body near a path close to her home in Easthouses, Dalkeith, on 30 June.

Its contents will not be made public and police are not making any comment. No-one has been arrested or charged.

Jodi, 14, was discovered by members of her family several hours after going out to meet her boyfriend.
