Torrential rain wreaks havoc in China

An orange alert, the second highest of China's four-tier warning system, was issued on Wednesday as heavy rain caused disruption across parts of China, including in the capital, Beijing. The weather system brought flooding to roads and flights were cancelled. BBC Weather's Ben Rich reports.
