    Reform candidates celebrate the Hartlepool election result. There are a group of 16 men and woman standing close together in a group with their hands raised in the air and celebrating. Many of them are wearing light blue and white rosettes. They are standing in a leisure centre with markings on the floor and a row of desks and chairs behind them
