| | Monday, 18 November, 2002, 18:19 GMT Spencer out of Wales Test  Spencer was injured in the game against England New Zealand fly-half Carlos Spencer is out of Saturday's Wales Test after failing to recover from the shoulder injury he sustained against England. Spencer was a surprise call up ahead of the experienced Andrew Mehrtens for the first game of the All Blacks tour. Mehrtens replaced him in that game and played last weekend's Test against France. New Zealand also look likely to hand debuts to centre Regan King, flanker Daniel Braid and prop Tony Woodcock. Their management have re-stated their intention of giving all 27 players in the squad a start.
