| Sunday, 5 January, 2003, 12:22 GMT McKenna Cup tie postponed ![]() Corrigan will not get chance to test new players Sunday's opening tie of the revived McKenna Cup campaign between Fermanagh and Tyrone has been called off. The Brewster Park pitch was frozen solid following the severe weekend frost. The game will now go ahead next Sunday, 12 January at the same venue with a 1400GMT throw-in. Fermanagh football boss Dominic Corrigan was due to introduce has new raft of youngsters for the game. It would also have been Mickey Harte's first involvement with Tyrone since his elevation to the manager's role last November. The postponement means that the McKenna Cup final will have to be postponed for a number of weeks. The decider had been scheduled for 26 January but it cannot be played on the following Sunday as the National Football League starts on 2 February.
