| Tuesday, 11 February, 2003, 16:40 GMT Tabb off to Crawley Brentford have allowed young midfielder Jay Tabb to go on a month's loan to Dr Martens Premier Division side Crawley Town. The 21-year-old has made five first-team appearances for the Bees this season, but has not featured since a substitute appearance in the LDV Vans Trophy back in December. He made his debut in 2001 when he was still a teenager and came back from a broken bone in his foot during a pre-season friendly against Tottenham. Bees boss Wally Downes is hoping regular first team experience will help his footballing education. |
