| Wednesday, 5 February, 2003, 17:05 GMT Grazioli considered quitting Striker Giuiliano Grazioli has admitted that he considered leaving Bristol Rovers after losing his first-team place. Grazioli returned to the side for Rovers' defeat against Carlisle having been assured that he had a future at the Memorial Stadium by boss Ray Graydon. "I'd been out of the side for eight games. At one point I wondered whether I had a future at the club," said Grazioli. "I had a think about the situation. I spoke to the gaffer and he told me my attitude had been great. "When you're not playing you need to hear that you're wanted because rumours start. "I had a drop of form, lost my place and wasn't sure where I stood," he told Rovers' website. |
