Last-gasp hero Simon Weatherstone rescued a point for Boston United against Bury at York Street.

The midfielder headed home after Ray Warburton's effort rebounded off the crossbar.

However, up to that point it looked as though a 48th minute goal from Jon Newby would be enough for the visitors to collect all the points.

Newby fired his team ahead after capitalising on defensive hesitancy from James Gould.

And Paul Bastock produced four excellent saves to keep Boston in the game before Weatherstone levelled things up at the death.
