| Friday, 12 July, 2002, 17:01 GMT 18:01 UK Shorunmu set for Samsunspor ![]() Shorunmu was previously in Turkey with Besiktas Nigeria goalkeeper Ike Shorunmu, recently released by Swiss club Lucerne, looks set to sign a contract with Turkish side Samsunspor. The 31-year-old has agreed terms and is in Turkey finalising the deal. Shorunmu, who has previously played in Turkey with Besiktas, replaces Cameroon goalkeeper Alioum Boukar. Alioum has signed for Istanbulspor after seven seasons with Samsunspor.
