A result is almost a certainty now, and if it ends in favour of West Indies A they will have wicket-keeper Keith Hibbert to thank. The Jamaican hit 83 not out with 16 fours after the tourists had been 68 for four. Matthew Dowman had a super day with the ball for Derbyshire, taking four for 28 including the Test batsman Daren Ganga. And he also marshalled West Indies A's slide from 188 for five to 220 all out. In reply, Dowman found it was also his day with the bat. He hit 71 before falling to Marlon Black in a quick-fire effort at number three.
