 Clayton beat two seeds on his way to the semis |
Jersey's Scott Clayton has crashed out of the 16 & Under Nottingham Grand Prix after losing in straight sets 6-4 6-4 in the semi-finals. Clayton's defeat in the last four came at the hands of the tournament's number two seed, Joshua Page. Page subsequently lost in the final to Jonathan Cornish 7-6 7-6. Clayton beat both number five seed Matthew Kirby, and the third seed Tim Prossor, on his way to the semi-finals of the tournament.
