Unseeded Irakli Labadze pulled off a surprise win over James Blake to reach the Pacific Life Open Master Series semi-finals in Indian Wells. The little-known Georgian triumped 6-7 (1-7) 6-4 6-1 over his American opponent to reach the final four of an ATP Tour event for the first time.
Labadze now faces British number one and ninth seed Tim Henman, who beat Andy Roddick 6-7 (8/6) 7-6 (7/1) 6-3.
The other semi-final is between Roger Federer and Andre Agassi.
